A gruesome immersive circus experience.
From October 20 to 23 and 27 to 31, 2021, at the Église Saint-Charles de Limoilou, spectators will discover a story that blurs the line between fiction and reality, based around the fire that ravaged the church in 1916.
The Errances Experience
Accompanied by a guide, the audience will dive into a world of gloom, in which a well-kept secret should have remained in the shadows. Strange presences, a hidden laboratory, nightmarish experiments, a dark conspiracy, and a horrible tragedy are but a few of the elements that will gradually be revealed during the walk-through show.
The Show
Directed by Olivier Lépine and Maxime Perron, the tour will be composed of five scenes featuring some twenty circus artists. As the spectators move around through the church, they will have an opportunity to explore unusual places. The adventure ends on the Machine de Cirque terrace located in the ancestral wooded lot behind the building. The audience will be invited to conclude the evening with a drink, with or without alcohol, thanks to a partnership with Cirque Kikasse.
Twenty-four groups will take the tour in successive starts between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. every night of the show. Tickets are on sale at $20 via the Endorphine online ticketing platform (the price includes a beverage from La Souche microbrewery).
*Due to the health measures in effect, no tickets will be sold on site and a vaccination passport will be required.
*Given that the walk-through show includes many stairs, it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
*Show Duration: 40-50 minutes
